3D TV

For those who grew up in the 80s the future has always promised three dimensional TV. I mean how cool would it be to be able to walk around the screen you are looking at for a different view. Although this TV can't quite manage that, supposedly it can generate images with depth and without wacky glasses. I can't wait for real 3D TVso that you can walk around and look at the soccer from whatever angle you want, but in the meantime I'll just have to get drunk.

I think, perhaps, there are other applications that could benefit more from 3d projection than soccer...

Although I agree, this is a healthy wholesome blog that is aimed at the family market.... Yeah right.

Come on, 3d soccer, think of the possibilities

What exactly are you getting out of 3d soccer? The viewing angle on the tv is so small it's 2d with depth (not as stupid as it sounds...) only when you can actually move around and see it will it be worth something... to any industry.
It's like hmm here's a new thing.. NEW THING SOCCER! hmmmm..

no, no the whole point of 3d soccer is when you can walk around it. This TV is but a stepping stone to that day and although it would be cool to see some depth you really need that totally immersive 3d view for da soccer.
