Staff tracking

In the world of corporate profits there is nothing that companies won't do to ensure their staff aren't ripping them off. Well now PMP, some Junk-mail company is forcing its employees to wear tracking devices to ensure that they follow a predetermined route and correctly deliver all the pamphlets. I know why they are implementing this and its because at the moment its ridiculously easy for delivery people to just dump all of the spam mail and claim they delivered it. I mean, hell, I often didn't complete my spam route when I was first delivering junk at ye olde age of 14. But come on people, where will it end.
