Everything You Thought You Knew About Grilling Is Wrong

I dunno about this guy, although he is referring to the american term of grilling I think he is mostly full o crap. Most of the stuff is really obvious but he recommends cooking steaks by turning frequently. Now this I really have to disagree with. You want a steak done right you turn it once and only once goddamn it. Sure if you want to cook a steak to smithereens and not juicy medium rare you might want to keep turning to seal the juices, but for your average high quality steak turn once only.
