Perpetual Motion Machine

Its not April 1st so maybe this perpetual motion machine is not quite as much of a hoax as first thought. Ok, its not perpetual motion but supposedly it releases more energy than is put into it, this energy is then used to heat water. Sounds like a load of balony to me, but what do I know I'm just a hobo with a collection of rabies filled Colobus monkeys in my backyard to keep me company. Even if it is releasing more energy than is put into it, it looks like you'd have to supply some kind of additional fuel to the innards of this sucker to make sure it could continue producing power. Its the only even vaguely logical explanation.
