Rather than using bottles and a whole bunch of transferring this is an all-inclusive system where the fine, tasty, malty, sweet, delicious beverage is securely pumped around using friendly C02. Sure, the guy just built it for himself but the day can't be too far away when we are all brewing our own beverages and adding them straight into a keg without the need for any pesky interference.
