Trusty Hotmail

Most people have used hotmail at some point throughout their web careers and many people have reported a bunch of problems. Personally I don't really have anything against hotmail, its a free service after all. It may be slow and may not meet everyones needs but its mostly reliable. Anyway that's just me, this guy has had a rather interesting encouter with the support staff at hotmail after many problems trying to use hotmail through outlook. If I was him I probably would've said Goodbye Hotmail a long time beforehand. His story kinds of reminds me of the times I've tried to contact Dell support personnell, who also seem to struggle to comprehend English or even the most basic problem.
