Its the best named product since "I can't believe its not butter" and it also keeps you amused during your frequent swollen prostate visits to the urinal - Its the piss-screen. Basically its a game you can play while urinating to keep yourself amused and as a simple attempt to work out if you are too drunk to drive.

Personally I think this might encourage extra drinking, you might become so addicted to the game that you spend hours drinking more and more pints to try and best your previous high score.
