Flying (and driving!) Dutchman

In a yet more bizzaire attempt to make some fine fine personal transport, we have the PALV. Crappy name for another crazy idea that will probably never get off the ground. The whole thing seems really dodgy and really unsafe. Quick I know, lets make a motorcycle helicopter... idiots.
